Qualifications

• Experience working within an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work accurately.
• Familiarity with back-office systems and financial planning software.
• Understanding of Consumer Duty principles.

Responsibilities

• Process new and existing business and onboarding of clients.
• Maintain accurate records on the back-office system and assist with suitability reports.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and advisers; support the client journey.
