A leading water and wastewater company in the UK is seeking a Waste Site SCADA Systems Engineer to support and maintain critical SCADA systems, ensuring operational resilience for wastewater services. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with SCADA/ICA systems, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. This position offers hybrid working arrangements and competitive compensation up to £62,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in maintenance or delivery of SCADA/ICA systems.
• Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to balance technical and operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high availability of site-based SCADA platforms.
• Perform essential planned maintenance, health checks, patches, and hotfixes.
• Diagnose and resolve faults across SCADA systems, HMIs, and PLCs.
