Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced VMware/Azure DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable infrastructure platforms. You will work with architects, developers and stakeholders to deliver automated, compliant solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.

The role focuses on automation, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration within multi-disciplinary teams, with travel to client sites as needed and a UK-based security clearance requirement.

Qualifications

• VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter experience across enterprise environments.
• ARM Templates, Bicep and IaC proficiency.
• YAML, Git/GitHub and CI/CD tooling exposure.
• Experience building, deploying and supporting Azure and VMware solutions in enterprise contexts.
• Experience with HLD/LLD activities and infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support VMware and Azure infrastructure platforms.
• Implement infra from approved HLDs and contribute to LLD creation.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate provisioning with ARM Templates and Bicep.
• Manage VMware and Azure resources, including security and compliance.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders to drive automation.
