Job summary

Ronald James Ltd. is seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to own the UX across multiple enterprise web applications, including CRM, HR, and workforce management tools.

You will collaborate with developers and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clean, intuitive interfaces. You'll take responsibility for the end-to-end design process, create wireframes and prototypes, and advocate for usability, accessibility, and strong user-centred design principles.

Qualifications

• Strong UX/UI or Product Design experience in a commercial setting.
• Excellent Figma skills or equivalent.
• Experience designing complex web applications or business systems.
• Ability to own design across projects with complex user journeys.
• Proficiency in producing wireframes, prototypes, user flows and polished UI designs.
• Strong usability and accessibility understanding.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and improve workflows with developers and stakeholders.
• Design clean, user-friendly interfaces across enterprise web apps (CRM, HR, workforce management).
• Own UX and product design processes from concept through delivery.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
