West Mercia Police is seeking a Typist – Operational Support on a hybrid arrangement to prepare transcripts and summaries of digitally recorded interviews, and copy typing of statements for evidential file preparation. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, with a flexible home/office working pattern.

The closing date is 12 noon on Tuesday 29th September 2026, and the team offers a supportive environment with opportunities for flexible working where suitable.

Qualifications
