Job summary

Arm’s Treasury team in Cambridge is seeking a curious, numerically confident individual to support foreign exchange analysis and treasury operations. You will coordinate multi-currency transactions, help manage FX risks, and contribute to process automation.

This role is well suited to a newly qualified accountant looking to transition from practice into Treasury, with opportunities to work across monthly reporting, cash management, and system enhancements within a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Strong numeracy and financial accuracy.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
• Accounting qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) or degree/experience.
• Willingness to engage in treasury processes and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage FX risks with hedging strategies and multi-currency transactions.
• Handle KYC/Bank Mandates and bank account processes.
• Support monthly treasury reporting and accounting activities.
• Manage daily cash positions and optimise liquidity.
• Execute deposits and MMF trades per pre-approved strategy.
• Maintain treasury systems and banking platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to increase automation and process efficiency.
