Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Technical Business Data Analyst to join a commercial data team in the UK. You will gather requirements, validate data using SQL, and design data products. The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills and experience in data-focused environments. This position offers hybrid working with 3 days onsite in Maidenhead, and the contract length is initially 6 months.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for querying, validation, and analysis.
• Proven experience gathering and translating business requirements.
• Familiarity with data modelling, ETL processes, and pipeline design.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and interviews to capture detailed business and data requirements.
• Write and optimise SQL queries to extract, manipulate and validate data.
• Work with Data Engineers to design scalable data pipelines and models.
