Job summary

TVS SCS is seeking a Supplier Improvement Co-Ordinator in Banbury within Procurement & Supply Chain. You will manage inbound deliveries, implement ASN processes, and drive supplier performance improvements.

This role reports to the Head of Supply Chain and operates under a hybrid working structure. You will collaborate with Operations, SRM, and SQA to optimise schedules, reduce delays, and ensure compliance across packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management and inbound logistics within a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Knowledge of ASN management, delivery documentation, goods receipt, and inventory control with KPI tracking.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis to improve supplier performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across suppliers and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage vendor inbound delivery scheduling and ASN compliance to ensure on-time receipt.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and SRM to optimise delivery schedules and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of supplier relationships, commitments, actions, and performance metrics.
