Job summary

The AA is seeking a highly experienced Head of Strategy to shape the company’s future direction. You will lead strategic planning, influence major commercial decisions and drive alignment across the Group Executive Committee and Senior Leadership Team.

This role requires strong analytical skills, outstanding stakeholder management and a track record of delivering tangible strategic impact in a consumer-facing business. Hybrid working with London or Basingstoke base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing and delivering business strategy at senior level.
• Experience working with C-suite or equivalent across multiple functions.
• Experience within a consumer-facing or B2C organisation is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at GEC/SLT level.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of strategy across high-value initiatives at GEC level.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive sustainable growth and performance.
• Develop strategic plans and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
