Job summary

ZS in the United Kingdom seeks a Strategy Insights and Planning Associate to help design and deliver solutions for clients. You’ll work on multiple projects, using data analytics and rigorous research to inform decisions, with collaboration across teams and clients.

You’ll bring strong quantitative skills, fluency in English, and a final-year or recent graduate profile across disciplines. The role includes hybrid working, travel for client engagements, and clear pathways for career progression

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate with strong analytic and quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to synthesize data into insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in teams.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems
• Conduct market research and/or desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
• Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit and ZS's proprietary software
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams
• Collaborate with client and ZS teams to implement solutions
• Take responsibility and ownership for assigned project deliverables
