Job summary

CityFibre is recruiting a Sourcing Lead to drive complex sourcing activity from market engagement through to contract award. You will secure the right suppliers, manage risk, and deliver commercial value across multiple categories in a hybrid role with travel to supplier sites and CityFibre locations when required.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing events, manage negotiations, shape sourcing approaches with stakeholders, and use market insight to support decision-making while ensuring governance

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex sourcing activities from market engagement to contract award.
• Ability to work across multiple categories in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events from requirement to contract award.
• Manage supplier engagement, evaluations and negotiations.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape sourcing approaches and outcomes.
• Use market insight and supplier data to support decision-making.
• Identify and mitigate sourcing and supplier risks.
• Drive governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
