Job summary

A local council is seeking a Speech & Language Therapist for an initial 6-month temporary contract with a possibility of extension or permanent position in Greater London. Qualifications

• Experience of training and supporting TAs / LSAs in delivering SLCN programmes.
• Qualified Therapist status.

Responsibilities

• Assess children and develop/implement specialist speech and language therapy treatment.
• Contribute to raising achievement for all pupils, including those with SEN and disabilities.
• Provide a specialist speech and language therapy service to Merton schools and settings.
• Work as a member of the Merton Speech and Language Therapy Service to build capacity.
