Intact Insurance, a modern RSA brand in the UK, is hiring a Solution Data Architect to design scalable data architectures and drive governance with stakeholders across technology and business units.

You will model data, lead architecture decisions, and embed Data Protection by Design while collaborating with enterprise architects and the Chief Data Office. Hybrid work applies in UK locations.

Qualifications

• Strong data modelling and architectural design skills.
• Hands‑on data modelling tools experience (Erwin preferred).
• Solid knowledge of data integration patterns and databases.
• Understanding of data protection and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise data catalog platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑quality solution data architectures.
• Develop and maintain data models, dictionaries, integration designs.
• Lead data architecture at project level and advise stakeholders.
• Embed Data Protection by Design and governance practices.
• Improve data architecture patterns across programmes.
