Job summary

Leonardo S.p.A. Basildon is offering a Software Engineering Degree Apprenticeship (4 years) combining paid training with day-release university study toward a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Engineer).

You will join integrated project teams, work on real-time software challenges and rotate across UK sites while committing to safety and process standards. The programme requires GCSEs and UCAS points, with on-site learning and a generous apprenticeship salary of £23,500,

Qualifications

• 104 UCAS points with at least 2 STEM subjects.
• 5 GCSE grades 9-4 / A*-C or equivalent, must include Maths.

Responsibilities

• Attend the day-release university component to complete the Digital and Technology Solutions Professional Apprenticeship (ST0119), earning a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions (Software Engineer).
• Work within Leonardo's UK Integrated Project Teams on real-time projects and rotate across sites to gain practical software engineering experience.
