Job summary

bet365 is seeking a Software Developer to join our Sports Trading Platform team. You will contribute to the development, enhancement and support of cutting-edge systems using C#.NET, SQL Server and Golang.

The role involves delivering real-time data to empower the trading department to configure and trade a wide range of events, including sporting and non-sporting outcomes. Our stack includes C#.NET, SQL Server and Golang, with in-house training and a hybrid work-from-home policy.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Commercial C# and MS SQL Server.
In-depth knowledge of Windows applications and Microservices architecture.
Experience of WPF is desirable.
Knowledge or experience of Kafka.
Knowledge or experience of web or cloud technologies.
Experience using Git version control.
Experience with Linux.
Experience with handling data from external providers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A strong team player with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Developing and supporting highly efficient, robust, and quality code for applications and services.
Maintaining clean coding practices.
Enhancing and supporting existing trading functions.
Supporting Product Owners as needed.
Supporting the testing team during project phases.
Contributing to innovative solution proposals.
Identifying technical areas for improvement.
