Job summary

Opus People Solutions is seeking a Social Care Recruitment Consultant to join our Managed Service team. You will build relationships with local authority clients and guide recruitment across children's and adults' services.

This hybrid role offers 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, with a competitive salary plus quarterly bonus. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure compliant placements.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable within social care, public sector, healthcare or education, or strong experience in customer service, account management, stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with local authority clients and understand their recruitment needs.
• Fill vacancies across children’s and adults’ services with the in-house team.
• Manage relationships with agency suppliers to ensure placements when direct recruitment isn’t available.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates against client requirements.
• Advertise vacancies across job boards, websites and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Prepare candidate profiles and submit suitable applicants to clients.
• Keep clients, candidates and suppliers informed throughout recruitment.
