The post supports multi-year financial plans, collaborates with senior stakeholders, and drives cost efficiency while ensuring robust governance and data-driven insights. Hybrid working may be available.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain key relationships with senior managers and stakeholders.
• Develop strategic advice and analysis on financial impact, performance and risk.
• Provide timely, accurate financial management information and analysis.
• Lead a Business Partner team effectively and engage with other Finance teams.
• Act as Senior Finance Lead for strategic workforce planning activities.
• Oversee demand forecasting refresh biannually with clear financial assumptions.
