Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 3 years PQE.
Proven experience in a commercial finance role, partnering with senior stakeholders and operational leaders.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.

Responsibilities

Prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and insights to the senior leadership team.
Partner with operational teams to analyse and drive commercial performance across the business.
Support long-term planning and contribute to development of robust business cases for growth.
Collaborate with operations to understand trading performance, identify risks and opportunities.
Drive commercial outcomes and support strategic initiatives with CEO and exec team.
