Capgemini Invent in the UK seeks a Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Model & Strategy team. You will contribute to operating model and organisational design projects, working across Glasgow or London locations, collaborating with clients to shape impactful transformations.

The role emphasises leadership, client relationship building, and the delivery of complex programmes using evidence-based methodologies across strategic and digital capabilities.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience with operating model or organisational design work.
• Ability to lead teams and mobilise projects to delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with evidence-based insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.
• Experience in growing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivery of large, complex projects with clients and teams.
• Develop and present practical insights based on evidence base.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach and develop team members and support recruitment for growth.
• Lead pursuit of new opportunities across Capgemini sub-brands.
