A modern accountancy firm in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an experienced Management Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper to join their team. This role involves day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero, management account preparation, and client communication. The ideal candidate will have strong bookkeeping experience, ideally be AAT qualified, and possess excellent attention to detail. The firm offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £36,000, hybrid working, and full study support if needed. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive team player.

Formación

• Recent bookkeeping experience within practice is essential.
• Strong experience in VAT returns and control account reconciliations is required.
• Willingness to develop management account preparation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping with Xero, including invoicing.
• Review bookkeeping work from junior team members.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts.
• Liaise directly with clients and resolve queries.
