Job summary

TLT is seeking a Senior Associate or Managing Associate to join the Corporate Future Energy team. The role involves leading on transactions, advising renewable energy clients across wind, solar, storage and related technologies, and supervising junior lawyers within a tightly integrated team.

You will work on national and international mid-market M&A, JV and cooperation agreements, supported by a renowned energy practice with broad sector coverage and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with circa 6 PQE+ and experience handling clean energy M&A.
• Track record on national and international mid-market M&A, VC and PE transactions in energy.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Ambition to contribute to junior team development and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead on transactions, including strategic advice, negotiations and project management.
• Advise renewable energy clients across wind, solar, storage and related technologies.
• Manage disposals, acquisitions, joint ventures and cooperation agreements.
• Draft and negotiate complex concepts with support from the team.
• Collaborate on business development and profile-raising activities.
