Job summary

Unlocking Potential in London is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to join our school-based team. This is a flexible, hybrid role working across London schools during term-time with additional weeks for non-clinical work.

You will conduct thorough assessments, deliver high-quality clinical interventions, and contribute to data reporting and impact measurement. Some travel to schools and our SE1 HQ will be required.

Qualifications

• SaLT with knowledge of speech and language therapy for children.
• Experience in school settings and multidisciplinary teams (MDT).
• Ability to work across multiple London boroughs and EHCP contexts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough SLT assessments and plan tailored interventions.
• Deliver high-quality, pupil-centered therapy in schools.
• Support data recording, impact measurement, and reporting.
