Job summary

Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a 2nd/3rd line SAP specialist to support S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management in a UK manufacturing context. The role requires active UK DV clearance and hands-on SAP PP/QM experience.

The ideal candidate will understand manufacturing and quality processes, have AMS/ADM or application support background, and be adept at coordinating across MM and PM integrations. Hybrid UK-based role with security-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active UK DV clearance.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PP and SAP QM.
• Understanding of manufacturing, shopfloor operations, and quality management processes.
• Proven AMS/ADM or application support experience.
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP MM and SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd/3rd line functional support across S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management modules.
• Investigate shopfloor issues and support manufacturing execution, MRP, and production orders.
• Oversee defect management and notifications.
• Manage incidents, service requests, problem resolution, and system enhancements.
• Work closely with end users to minimise operational disruption.
• Collaborate with broader SAP teams to ensure clean integration across MM and PM.
• Support continuous process improvements and system enhancements.
