Job summary

Four Squared Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Solihull to join a modern MSP delivering IT and communications solutions. This role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) and a 37.5-hour week Mon-Fri with a half-hour lunch break.

You'll work on digital marketing, lead generation, customer engagement, content creation, and sales support, collaborating with senior team members to drive growth and gain valuable commercial and marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
• Good understanding of marketing and sales principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• CRM/marketing tools experience advantageous but not essential.
• Degree in Marketing or Business preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and events.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, the company website, and wider marketing materials
• Support development of case studies, presentations, and proposals
• Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Support the sales team with lead generation and prospecting activities
• Qualify inbound enquiries and assist with outbound outreach
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
• Identify construction projects and investigate potential bidders and opportunities
• Utilise website visitor identification and lead tracking tools to qualify opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM
• Follow up on leads and support the ongoing sales pipeline
• Act as an internal point of contact for customer queries and communications
