The role involves delivering high-quality reactive repairs and maintenance across our stock, ensuring compliance with contracts, legislation and regulatory requirements, and delivering a 10/10 customer experience. Qualifications

• PVG scheme membership and/or Disclosure check.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in repairs, building maintenance or construction preferred.
