Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction sector in a similar role.
  • Experience working with main contractors on Civils, M&E, and Railway infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage pre-contract support including budget forecasting and contracting strategy.
  • Handle post-contract commercial management and project cost planning.
  • Assess contractor valuations and prepare interim applications.
  • Conduct risk reduction workshops with the project team.
  • Provide commercial support to Project Managers and mentor junior staff.
