Qualifications

• Several years of experience in delivering quantity surveying or commercial services in a consulting environment.
• Progressing towards RICS accreditation.
• Solid understanding of cost planning, estimating, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial delivery of projects, including cost planning and contract administration.
• Lead valuations, variations, and monthly financial reporting.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify risks.
