Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a RICS-accredited program is ideal.
• MRICS-certified or working towards chartership with full APC support.
• Prior experience in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full cost management services from project feasibility to final account.
• Prepare detailed cost plans, tender documents, and budgets.
• Manage variations, valuations, and contract administration tasks.
• Provide expert advice on procurement strategies and value engineering.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal project teams.
• Support and mentor junior team members as needed.
