Job summary

Wigan Council is seeking a proactive Quality Performance Officer to raise standards in the local adult social care market, ensuring services are kind, compassionate and person-centred. You will collaborate with health and social care professionals, and lead on complaint responses and safeguarding.

In line with the Care Act 2014 and Care Quality Commission, you will develop and implement a local quality assurance approach informed by service users’ experiences, driving continuous improvement
