Job summary

Sports Interactive is seeking a QA Analyst to join the Quality Assurance team at Here East, London. You will execute the test strategy for your assigned area, work in a hybrid setup, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality game titles such as Football Manager reach players across platforms.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in QA, strong communication, and a passion for games.

Qualifications

• Essential 2 years or more experience within QA, with games industry experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with all studio teams.
• Attention to detail, dynamic, curious and adaptable.
• Natural problem‑solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement, and iterate on test plans and scripts.
• Find bugs and estimate severity, where possible.
• Execute exploratory and destructive testing as directed.
• Produce test progress reports to QA leads; highlight concerns or risks, provide feedback.
• Provide ad-hoc assistance to promote a bug prevention culture within the team.
• Liaise with Customer Service teams and stakeholders to prioritise fixes.
