Qualifications

• Experience in purchase ledger or accounts payable in a professional services firm.
• Good VAT understanding and strong financial controls.
• High accuracy and detail orientation for financial data.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices with accurate coding and VAT treatment.
• Manage supplier accounts including reconciliations and payments.
• Handle supplier records and checks in line with policy.
• Process search fee invoices and client disbursements with timely payment.
• Support month-end processes and wider Finance team reporting.
