Job summary

QA Higher Education in Manchester is seeking a Psychology Lecturer to deliver a BPS-aligned curriculum and contribute to the academic experience of a diverse student population.

You will teach across core psychology subjects, contribute to curriculum development, research activity, student support, and academic quality assurance in a hybrid working environment. Expertise in research methods and lab-based teaching is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Psychology (Master's or PhD desirable).
• Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership (GBC) with the British Psychological Society.
• Experience teaching Psychology within Higher Education.
• Knowledge of BPS accreditation requirements and the CORE GBC curriculum.
• Strong communication, organisational and student support skills.
• A commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
• Experience teaching Research Methods and supporting laboratory-based practical work would be advantageous.
