Job summary

Bird & Bird in London is seeking a mid-level Associate to join the Projects team, focusing on transactional and contract drafting, with advisory and regulatory support in government contracting and major projects.

You will work closely with Eleanor Kerslake, Andrew Dean and other partners in the Infrastructure, Projects and Procurement Group, on a growth-driven Projects & Government Contracting practice within London Commercial, with flexible office/remote working and strong development

Qualifications

• Three to four years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in government contracting and major projects is required.
• Candidates will have worked in a leading firm with a government contracts, procurement or public law practice, or in-house/government legal department.

Responsibilities

• Focus on transactional and contract drafting matters.
• Provide advisory and regulatory support.
• Collaborate with partners in the Infrastructure, Projects and Procurement Group in London Commercial.
