Job summary

NMS Recruit Limited is seeking experienced Project Manager/Project Coordinators for an award-winning Sage Partner in the UK. This hybrid role requires attendance at the Head Office in Mold, Flintshire 2 days per week, with a 6- or 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of financial software solutions, manage client relationships, coordinate consultants, and ensure on-time, quality go-lives within a defined commercial framework.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a project management or similar delivery role.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent project management qualification (or working towards one).
• Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or other project management tool.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Commitment to self-directed learning and professional development in the finance sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, resource scheduling, and the production of clear project reporting for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets.
• Proactively manage project controls including change requests and budgets to deliver within financial parameters.
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and documentation is maintained for each project.
• Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle and manage relationships.
• Coordinate and direct the consultant team's technical delivery and ensure quality standards.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
• Engage with stakeholders to improve delivery processes and embed best practice.
