Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd in Mold, United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own multiple software implementation projects for SMEs and mid-sized organisations. This hybrid role involves coordinating internal consultants and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery from planning through to go-live.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in project management, strong stakeholder and customer-facing skills, and experience with PM platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year’s experience in project management or similar environment.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines and budgets.
Strong customer service and communications skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with resource and diary management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines, budgets and resources.
Develop and maintain clear project plans, schedules, budgets and reporting.
Act as primary point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships.
Ensure workstreams are assigned, dependencies identified and managed, deliverables met.
Monitor project budgets and commercial parameters within agreed frameworks.
Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, processes and documentation requirements.
