Job summary

Oak Furnitureland in Swindon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee cross‑functional projects across Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance and Customer Operations. The role is hybrid, with two in-office days and three from home, focusing on delivering projects from start to finish in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will collaborate with senior management, manage budgets and timelines, and drive change across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of projects across departments.
• Define scope, goals and deliverables with senior management.
• Develop detailed project plans with tasks, timelines and resources.
• Manage project teams with leadership and guidance.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and address issues.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule and costs as needed.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders promptly.
• Ensure adherence to PM best practices and standards.
• Conduct reviews and prepare recommendations reports.
• Oversee project closure activities and knowledge transfer.
