Job summary

The British Heart Foundation is seeking a project manager to join its Creative and Production Team in London. You will plan and coordinate a diverse set of marketing and communications projects on a six-month, fixed-term basis, with hybrid working between home and the London office.

You will draw up project plans, manage timelines and resources, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time and to a high standard, while collaborating with in-house specialists and external partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager, in-house or at an agency.
• Solid understanding of creative processes, marketing and project management methods.
• Experience handling several projects, clients and deadlines in a busy environment.
• Highly organised, attentive to detail and able to use sound judgement.
• Clear communication and the ability to build good working relationships.
• Collaborative approach, comfortable challenging ideas and being challenged in return.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to high-quality work.
• Strong written English, including grammar and spelling.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and current project management systems.
• Reliable, conscientious, compassionate and adaptable.
