A leading multi-disciplinary Architectural Practice is seeking a Project Architect to join their Manchester office. This role involves leading the design and delivery of high-profile projects across various sectors. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in technical delivery, knowledge of Revit, and excellent communication skills. This position offers a salary up to £55,000 along with hybrid working options and numerous benefits, including private healthcare and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with technical delivery on projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations.
• Healthcare experience advantageous but not essential.
• Strong problem-solving ability and proactive in technical challenges.
• Live within commutable distance of Manchester Victoria office.

Responsabilités

• Lead design development and delivery of projects in various sectors.
• Oversee BIM coordination and high-quality Revit models.
• Coordinate with engineers and consultants for design challenges.
• Prepare and manage detailed design packages including planning submissions.
• Mentor junior team members to foster strong design capability.
