Job summary

You will bridge the business and an external development partner, owning the backlog and translating regulatory requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

The role involves collaboration with directors and C-suite, supporting sprint reviews, testing and go-live in a supplier-led delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven PO/BA experience in supplier-led or hybrid delivery.
• Strong Agile / Scrum backlog management skills.
• Extensive stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the product backlog for compliant system delivery.
• Act as the link between business stakeholders and external dev team.
• Make decisions for supplier-led delivery and clarify priorities.
• Translate regulatory requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Interpret solution designs and verify business outcomes.
• Collaborate with the external delivery partner throughout.
• Support sprint reviews, testing and go-live sign-off.
• Make prioritisation trade-offs within fixed timelines and budgets.
• Manage relationships across business, compliance, operations and tech.
• Communicate with Directors and C-suite stakeholders.
• Navigate challenging stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
• Support Agile ceremonies and align with priorities.
