• 6-12+ months working within primary care/GP practice setting.
• To live in a commutable distance to the practice for onsite working days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct polypharmacy medication reviews and SMRs.
• Provide expert advice on medications to other clinicians and patients.
• Deliver clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement.

Skills

Independent Prescribing Qualification

Experience using EMIS Clinical System

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
