Standard Life plc is seeking a PMO professional to provide programme-level PMO support, delivering governance, controls and migration rhythm across the project portfolio.

The role combines hybrid working with on-site requirements in Edinburgh or Telford, fixed-term until June 2027, offering a salary in the £33,500–£53,600 band plus an 8–16% bonus, generous leave and a strong pension package.

Qualifications

• Experience in working within the Standard Life project standards and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills for Smartcore data, computation and conclusions.
• Organised with planning and stakeholder management to meet governance.

Responsabilités

• Provide programme-level PMO support to achieve quality, cost and time targets.
• Establish governance and controls in line with Change Management Framework.
• Support migrations and maintain PMO rhythm across risks, dependencies and reporting.
