Job summary

A leading insurance company in the UK seeks a dedicated PMO Analyst to join their Claims PMO team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of portfolios, implementing effective governance, and enhancing processes to align with company frameworks. Candidates should have prior PMO experience and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities

  • Key part of the Claims PMO team ensuring delivery of the Claims Change Portfolio.
  • Strengthen governance and improve processes across the portfolio.
  • Cover governance, financials, planning, resources, reporting, and engagement.

Skills

Previous PMO or change experience
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Experience in portfolio resource and capability management
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Planview
Ability to build credibility and manage relationships
