Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE as a planning Solicitor.
• Experience in advising on planning judicial review.
• Strong understanding of EIA, CIL and GLA planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and tactical advice on securing planning permission.
• Draft and negotiate statutory agreements related to planning.
• Audit planning application documents and committee reports.

Skills

Extensive experience in planning and highways law

Experience of drafting complex SC 106 Agreements

Experience of working on planning led regeneration projects

Experience of conducting planning appeals

Expert technical expertise and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills
