Job summary

Mulberry England is seeking an analytical and commercially minded Assistant Planner to support the planning and delivery of our product collections. The role sits in the Planning & Responsible Sourcing team, partnering with Merchandising, Product Development, Commercial and Operations to drive informed decisions through robust planning, reporting and analysis.

Based in Somerset, Chilcompton or London, the role is hybrid with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills and strong numerical capability.
• 1-2 years' experience within planning, sourcing, buying or merchandising.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop production plans by SKU for release based on commercial requirements.
• Compile, communicate and monitor production plans across the business.
• Validate supply and demand to maximise fulfilment across all sales channels.
• Support allocation planning for key launches and contingency scenarios.
• Monitor stock levels and report future positions for responsible inventory management.
• Assist with stock prioritisation to minimise oversold items.
