• Experience using Microsoft Office and general IT competence.
• Strong communication and networking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new client relationships to build a corporate client portfolio.
• Develop local marketing and events strategy with management.
• Build personal network of introducers and handle inquiries.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver exceptional client service.
• Consult with corporate clients to understand benefits needs and objectives.
• Design customised employee benefits solutions aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate on implementation and ongoing management of benefits programs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide guidance.
• Deliver employee education through one-to-one meetings and group presentations.
