Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead an established payroll team in Newcastle with hybrid working (3 days in the office). The role focuses on BAU payroll administration and ensuring accurate US and Canadian payroll processing for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, stakeholder management and a proven track record in multi-jurisdiction payroll operations, delivering timely, compliant payroll services.

Qualifications

• Experienced payroll Manager, with experience of both US and Canadian payrolls
• Excellent communicator, with fantastic stakeholder management skills

• Managing a diverse team of payroll advisors
• Managing the team in the US and Canada
• Managing the timeline and resource planning
• Supporting on Transformation projects
• Experienced in delivering a variety of process changes
