A human resources consultancy is seeking a Compensation / Payroll and Benefits Administrator to support the Compensation and Benefits Manager and help manage the payroll processes. Responsibilities include data entry for new hires and processing payroll changes, ensuring compliance, and assisting with benefits administration. Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll administration is essential.

  • Knowledge of ResourceLink Payroll system is preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry for new starters, leavers, and transfers.
  • Processing employee changes for various payrolls including overseas.
  • Producing various reports and supporting with audit processes.
