Job summary

Bennett and Game, a well-established architectural practice in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, seeks a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the growing team.

You'll assist with design and technical delivery across RIBA Stages 2-6, develop drawings and models in Revit, and gain exposure to Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education and Residential sectors. Hybrid working and CPD support are offered.

Qualifications

• Masters in Architecture is required.
• UK architectural practice experience preferred.
• Strong design and technical ability with knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design and technical delivery of projects across RIBA Stages 2-6.
• Produce and develop architectural drawings and models using Revit.
• Gain exposure to sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Industrial, Education and Residential.
• Assist with the preparation of planning and detailed technical information.
• Work alongside senior architects and consultants to develop coordinated design solutions.
• Gain experience on projects ranging from 1m to 30m+.
• Assist with ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant standards.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to design development and coordination.
• Develop technical knowledge towards completing Part III.
