Job summary

Our client, an established financial planning firm, is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist (Paraplanner) to take over from a retiring senior technical specialist at end of 2026. The role is hybrid and mostly home-based, with office attendance in Gerrards Cross at least once a month.

You will write suitability reports and support advisers with technical queries and research. There is also scope to join advisers in client meetings where it helps.

Qualifications

• Proven paraplanning experience in a financial planning environment.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear suitability reports.
• Strong research skills and attention to regulatory detail.
