Qualifications
- Paraplanning experience in financial advice
- Diploma qualification; study encouraged
- Experience with Intelligent Office is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and research capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient IT skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality suitability reports for clients
- Conduct in-depth research on financial products and strategies
- Support Financial Planners with client reviews and planning needs
- Act as technical contact for planners and clients’ queries
- Submit applications to providers and manage documentation
- Maintain accurate, compliant client records
- Ensure all work aligns with FCA and internal standards
